1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Empower Edge IELTS. By accessing or using our website, diagnostic tools, gamified practice arena, or enrolling in any IELTS Academic or General Training cohorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform or register for our courses.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

•**Eligibility:** You must be at least 16 years of age or possess parental/guardian consent to enroll in academic cohorts.

•**Account Integrity:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each enrollment corresponds to an individual student license.

•**Accurate Information:** You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information regarding your identity and academic background.

3. Academic Cohorts & Enrollment Guidelines

•**Executive Ratio Guarantee:** Master cohorts are strictly capped (e.g., 1:8 or 1:30 ratios) to guarantee personalized essay reviews and round-table speaking clinics.

•**Live Seminar Attendance:** Live seminar links (Zoom / cohort hubs) and passcodes are for the enrolled student's exclusive use. Distributing class links to unauthorized third parties results in immediate account termination without refund.

•**Course Materials:** All lecture folios, annotated Cambridge models, diagnostic toolkits, and practice drills provided remain the proprietary intellectual property of Empower Edge IELTS.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials displayed on the website—including course curricula, rubric deconstructions, proprietary AI question pools, branding, graphics, and video recordings—are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to access course materials for your individual preparation only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, screen-capture, or resell any part of our curriculum.

5. Fees, Grants & Refund Policy

•**Course Fees:** Tuition fees are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or designated local currencies and must be settled in accordance with cohort enrollment schedules.

•**Early Academic Grants:** Any promotional academic grants or fee reductions are subject to cohort seat availability and valid for the specified enrollment cycle.

•**Refund Requests:** Because cohort seats are strictly limited and faculty time is reserved in advance, refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the official cohort orientation date. Once a cohort begins, tuition fees are non-refundable.

6. Student Code of Conduct

We maintain an authoritative, supportive, and respectful academic environment. We reserve the right to suspend or expel any student who:

•Engages in harassment, abusive communication, or disruption during live seminars or Telegram / WhatsApp hotlines.

•Submits plagiarized work for assessment or attempts to manipulate AI diagnostic algorithms.

•Violates the privacy or intellectual contributions of fellow cohort scholars.

7. Disclaimer of Official Affiliation & Warranties

Empower Edge IELTS is an independent premier preparatory academy providing specialized coaching aligned with Cambridge Assessment English, IDP: IELTS Australia, and the British Council evaluation frameworks. IELTS is a registered trademark of University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia. Empower Edge IELTS is not formally operated by or an official testing station of these organizations unless explicitly stated.

While our pedagogical frameworks produce industry-leading elevation metrics (e.g. 98.2% target achievement rate), individual test outcomes depend on student dedication, baseline proficiency, and examination performance.

8. Modifications to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform following revisions represents full acceptance of the updated terms.
